 <![CDATA[&nbsp;Around lunch time RIT 23 was dispatched to 177 Bishops Drive for a building fire mulch on the side. Also on the first alarm was Chester Heights (71), Concordville (59), Aston-Beechwood (72), and Green Ridge (63). Snorkel 23 responded with 5 and stood as RIT until around 1:30 when released by 71 command.Just clearing that call fire board alerted 59 command and Snorkel 23 that they were being dispatched to 7 Carnation Lane Chadds Ford for a house fire. Multiple units responded immediately getting there in short time. 59-9 alerted fire board that it was a working fire and could see it from Birminghm. 59-2 was first on location followed by Snorkel 23, 59-3 and Rescue 71. 59-2 laid in and pulled the blitz line to get the first knock on the fire. Snorkel 23 set up on side D of the building going in service. Crews from Media were involved in fire suppression as well as performing RIT duties towards the end. Crews were on scene till 10:30. Units on the original dispatch were Concordville(59), Longwood (CC25), and RIT 23. Others unit were added from both Delaware County and Chester County....]]>

 	<title>2 Building Fires in Two Hours</title>

 <![CDATA[Around 7:30 Station 23 was dispatched as the RIT team&nbsp;to 519 Station Road in Chester Heights for a building fire. 71-9 had a bathroom exhaust fan on fire with no extension to any part of the house. Snorkel 23 stood by on the scene until being released by 71 Command. Also on the assigment was Chester Heights (71), Concordville&nbsp;(59), Bethel (66), Aston-Beechwood&nbsp;(72), Lima (69), and Green Ridge (63). While the Snorkels crew was packing up the company was dispatched to 130 East 3rd Street for an Automatic Fire Alarm. While pulling back on Baltimore Pike, fire board alerting the snorkel that police were on loctaion with light smoke and had the assignment upgraded. While the Snorkel was on their way back Squrt 23 went responding with 4 and had a heat lamp burn through the floor. Snorkel 23 arrived shortly after followed by Quint 73. The assignment was held back to 23 for investigation. Crews were on location for 30 MinutesAround 6 o'clock Company 23 was dispatched to 101 East Baltimore Av for a brush fire. Squrt 23 crews used a P.W to extinguish what was left of the mulch burning....]]>

Were dispatched to 920 Crum Creek Road for a dwelling. Fire board advised 73 command that police were on location with light smoke showing. Squrt 23 went responding with 5 and arrived shortly after Quint 73. 73-9 (Brown) advised&nbsp;Squrt 23 that he want a line layed to&nbsp;Quint 73 for&nbsp;backup.&nbsp;Crews from 73, 23, and 41 broke apart the wall where the fire was inside until extinguished.  <![CDATA[Around 5:30 on Friday afternoon, Media along with Concordville (59), Chester Heights (71), Lima (69), and Bethel (66) were dispatched to 41 Beech Tree Drive for a dwelling fire. 71-9A (Iannucci) reported fire throughout the house. 59-2 and Tower 59 arrived on location at the same time and after forcing entry they ordered only exterior operations. Snorkel 23 went responding with 4. Once on location the Snorkel went in service with a master stream supplied by Rescue 71.  <![CDATA[&nbsp;This afternoon around 4:15 Station 23 was dispatched to 425 State Street for an automatic fire alarm. Fire board quickly advised 23 command that the call was changed to 425 State Road in Upper Providence Township. Minutes later 73-9 noticed a smoke condition inside and had Station 23 redispatched just in case. Crews from Quint 73 forced entry and had a heavy smoke condition inside. 73-9 (Brown) had the assignment was upgraded bringing Tower 44 (Springfield) and Rit 53 (Broomall). Crews from 73 and 23 discovered a wood burning stove full of burnt wood. Crews removed the wood and removed te smoke with a PPV fan.
